 Row Cleaners are designed in close proximity to the coulter so the wheels stretch residue while the coulter cuts it.  

Resulting in a Stretch and Cut™ cleaning method.

BDC1360... a 13" floating row cleaner for coulters attaches to John Deere 7200 (and later) series planters with a John Deere unit mounted no-till coulter. It will also install behind the John Deere single disc fertilizer opener (with extended parallel arms). This row cleaner measures 22" from planter face plate to front of row cleaner wheels. There is a option for Spike or Razor wheels that can be installed offset or intersected. HA44270D heavy duty greaseable tapered roller bearing hub with 3 lip seal comes with the row cleaner. 6 " row unit set back kits are available as well. (USB72)
